CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND STAY
- The credit card details you give me
to guarantee your accommodation or your
group’s accommodation at the time
of booking may be used for charges/fees
incurred due to cancellation and/or charges/fees
not paid for at checkout.
- If you have any change to your plans
please let me know, in writing, as early
as possible. The cancellation policy is
detailed below. Guests are liable for
all damages and breakages and these are
charged to you at checkout or invoiced
for payment.
- Please be aware it is travel agency’s
responsibility to advise their client
of the cancellation policy.
- The credit card details, used for a
guarantee on your accommodation, at Ann’s
Volcanic Rotorua Motel and Serviced Apartments,
are not forwarded to any other supplier
for payment of any goods/services/tours/
travel booking/car rentals
- The credit card you provide as a guarantee
may be used to pay the non-refundable
25% deposit for rafting trips if you fail
to cancel the trip less than 4 days (96
hrs) before the date booked.
- No refunds are transferred to any credit
card other than the original credit card
provided for the guarantee or payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1)Your accommodation must be cancelled, IN WRITING. please email Ann@rotoruamotel.co.nz
2)Cancel by 2130hrs, 5 complete days, before your arrival date (eg: 10th before arrival on the 16th) , UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ON ANN’S EMAILS TO YOU and there are no charges.
After that time 100% charges are made according to nightly rate quoted on booked nights 1 to 8.
